What’s with the name?

Co-founders Matt and Jayde started Pony Express with a desire to do great work with great people. To deliver service that reflects our values: effective, direct outcomes, personable, and fun.

After two bottles of wine, some creative boolean strings and many pages deep into Google, we stumbled across a wiki detailing a horseback postal service that revolutionised mail delivery in the mid-1800s—colloquially known as ’The Pony Express'. Iconic imagery, competition-crushing results and the opportunity for some harmless plagiarism - how could we resist?

After the arrival of our son, Harry, a long-time ex-colleague and friend, Denis joined. Pony Express is now a complete and complementary team of three with many years of experience in the talent industry.
