Account Manager / Content Producer | Boutique Agency | Melbourne

This boutique content marketing agency have just won a large piece of business, working closely with the brand and consumer marketing team of a global brand.

As an Account Manager you’ll work with the senior members of the team to ensure
seamless delivery across all aspects of the account. You'll also play a dual role as Content Producer, planning and producing content that flourishes in online environments including Facebook, Instagram, website(s) and blog(s).

Responsibilities

  • Regularly liaise with clients and relevant stakeholders to build relationships and ensure all expectations are being met
  • Develop and manage timelines and project plans
  • Manage internal processes such as production schedules and WIP documents
  • Plan and conduct client WIP meetings
  • Plan content for client digital channels on a monthly basis
  • Collect and use insights to inform content planning and production
  • Produce written (and some visual) content on a monthly basis
  • Publish content to online / social media platforms and moderate user interactions
  • Develop monthly content performance reports

Skills and qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in agency environments with bulk of experience in a content and / or social media marketing
  • Proven track record in working in a similar environment and role
  • Highly proficient in all aspects of project management
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Keen eye for detail and passionate about quality control
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Basic Photoshop and InDesign skills (desirable)
  • Big consumer brand experience a bonus
