We are seeking an executive with previous digital transformation experience in a large-scale, consumer focused business. You will demonstrate innate customer centricity, be able to educate on best-practice CX concepts and very likely have built and/or headed a team that included UX, product, analytics, targeting and program management. You are comfortable working in an Agile environment with both internal and external partners, delivering omni-channel digital experiences.
