As a marketing insights analyst, you are a natural story teller, able to succinctly deliver insights and recommendations in a presentation or written format. We'd expect you to work comfortably with multi-stakeholder teams across marketing, brand, product & sales. We're looking for someone who has an ability to utilise various data sources and turn them into simple, understandable & actionable insights that drive business outcomes. You democratise data - making it accessible to all.
Excel, pivot tables, databases. Exploring, segmenting, modelling and aggregating data is your bread and butter. You have the ability to find meaningful trends and anomalies in datasets and tie them to opportunities. You have a curious mind, an attention to detail and can juggle many projects and stakeholders. Having loads of fun along the way.
This role will allow you to evangelise the use of data to key groups in the business. Your work will be valuable, visible & critical to success.
Knowledge / Experience required:
- SEM, SEO, Display -
- CRM, Email & Marketing Automation
- Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics
- QlikSense (or other visualisation tools)
- Advanced Excel
- Business Experience - a grounding in basic commerce
- Ecommerce would be a big plus
