Key responsibilities include -

  • Continuously enhance the online & mobile offering to maximise online trial sign-up and sales
  • Drive eCommerce optimisation (testing) roadmap by developing and executing best in class AB & MVT tests and continuously improving based on learnings.
  • Derive actionable insights based on the analysis of eCommerce data
  • Analyse end-to-end conversion funnels and identify opportunities to increase performance. Own the continuous growth of online trial sign-ups and sales through on-site conversion optimisation
  • Work closely with the Online Acquisition Team to improve end-to-end funnel conversion  
  • Manage the daily analysis of the conversion funnel for small business product range
  • Work with an optimisation focussed designer and developer to ensure tests are taken through the full development lifecycle (conception, execution and analysis)
  • Ensure the brand is represented and delivered effectively online.
