What will you be doing?

  • Lead the production process on content & social led projects, working with internal teams as well as client and agency stakeholders.

  • Manage and drive production from concept approval, through pre-production, client approvals, stakeholder management, shooting and post-production; to exceed client expectations, concept requirements and production values.

  • Build strategic thinking into the development of client content

  • Look for integrated opportunities across digital, live events and brand storytelling wherever possible.

  • Tightly manage budgets and deliver complex projects on time and on budget every time.

  • Manage multiple budgets and productions at the one time, with an ability to deliver cost savings and time effective results

  • Work closely with producers and creatives across events, digital and content and integrated projects.

  • Develop and manage positive relationships with clients and production partners

  • Management & update of the project schedule 

  • Accurately estimate, plan and allocate resources to ensure profitability

  • Identify new opportunities with existing clients and partners.

What are we looking for?

  • 3-4+ years of experience in the industry or similar

  • Curiosity with a desire to learn and grow

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to write concise briefs

  • Digital content strategy, social media and campaign experience

  • Understanding of content marketing

  • Ability to oversee/manage multiple technical digital projects

  • Project management experience

  • A fun and outgoing personality 

  • A passion for digital marketing
