This role provides you the opportunity to work on the flagship client, delivering enterprise wide digital transformation for a $25m+ piece of business.
Key responsibilities include:
Understanding client's business & technical requirements
Providing high level oversight of solution design, architecture, technical complexities and feasibility.
Distill and articulate key information to business & technical partners
Deliver advice on how certain technologies can help achieve business outcomes (Salesforce in particular)
Help CIOs/Senior IT Leaders to build digital strategy
Work with senior (C-Suite) partners across business and technology to secure necessary alignment & inputs, ensuring success by creating full traceability
Handle a partner/vendor ecosystem
Lead a large cross functional team of direct and indirect reports, both on & offshore
Partner with internal delivery & strategy directors to be responsible for the planning of 'future state'
Are someone who enjoys the challenge of navigating complex environments by building trust and understanding. You love liaising with both technical and business partners, crafting a sense of focus through clear logic, communication and adherence to Agile ways of working.
We anticipate you will have:
Played a lead role in delivering enterprise-wide programs of work in support of ongoing digital transformation
Have a deep understanding of technologies that support customer experience, in particular salesforce
Previous experience building high level solution designs in conjunction with Senior IT & technical partners
Offer strong experience handling 3rd party vendors
Shown ability to establish an environment of unity and cohesion
