Respected boutique consultancy are looking for someone to join their growing Melbourne team. We're looking for someone with a level of expertise in paid social who can also contribute to the wider performance marketing practice; working cross-channel, leading full programs of optimisation for clients.

Based out of a light-filled, open plan office in the Melbourne CBD and working alongside a passionate team of high achievers.

What’s the role?

This role will manage the paid digital strategic and optimisation needs for a portfolio of key clients. This role will work closely with the Search and Analytics team to drive ROI using social channels through the use of strategic initiatives, re-marketing, and custom audience driven campaigns. In this role you will be hands on and client-facing. It is a role that will allow you to leverage your experience, to up and cross skill from new performance disciplines, and to develop your career in digital marketing.

The primary clients this role will work on?

  • Much loved bags & luggage producer with a devout customer base

  • Home & land developer

  • Profit to member superannuation fund

These clients should take roughly 60% to 70% of your time, allowing you the space to develop strategic thinking around the paid social proposition to reach business objectives, whilst also supporting on new business meetings and proposals.

What are we looking for?

We need someone to feel comfortable being the ‘lead’ on client engagements – guiding the client on the strategy, rolling up their sleeves to deliver on that strategy, and reporting on results and ideas around optimisation.

So, what are you doing?

  • Develop paid and organic search campaign strategies that you see through to implementation, optimization, and reporting mapped to business objectives

  • Facebook and Instagram (ads manager) campaign management including audience targeting and ongoing management and optimisation

  • Leverage other social platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest to drive growth and ROI based on client and target audience needs

  • Training clients on basics of Facebook and Instagram as well as more advanced clients and teams with PPC activities

  • Provide thought leadership on the direction of these platforms to ensure our clients are up-to-speed and able to leverage the platforms to help their businesses

  • Interface with account, clients and other stakeholders to request and share information

  • Lead measurement thinking, including return on investment.

  • Insightful reporting and reporting Dashboarding
